The staff and management here are super nice and friendly. the rooms are really clean and won't break the bank. Plus, you get a cozy fireplace in your room and a cool bar to hang out in. Also, the breakfasts are pretty awesome, making for a great start to the day! 🔥

The hotel was placed in the central location on a roundabout. Had a warm and spotless room with a shower, all facilities, TV, and I couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was warm, the check in was early.
Some people working there were particularly busy.

I liked every detail about my very enjoyable 1 night stay at Apollo Hotel in Basingstoke. the services were exceptional. - the ambassador room I booked came with a decent sized main bed and a window that could be opened. - I had the opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

The hotel is very nice and well-equipped. The beds were surprisingly good. We slept well.
Unfortunately, the room did not have a hair dryer for drying hair after washing. The shower head has been fixed and placed high. The young ladies at the front desk looked a little dazed. Despite presentation of the receipt, we were given the invoice for another room and a different name when paying.

Clean, clean, clean!!!! And this is in England! Everything in perfect condition and the carpet clean! The swimming pool was small and full, but at least you could cool down for free and also use the whirlpool, sauna and steam bath!
The restaurant was closed - Sunday - and also the brasserie had a special menu with only 1 toast. The bathroom door should be renovated.
